May 21, the world celebrates International Tea Day. As Assam has been a huge contribution in supplying tea world wide, with larger number of production within the countries and maximum number of workers. Assam CM on supporting those hands wishes everyone ‘International Tea Day’ through his social media handle.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma highlighting its contribution on social media posted saying, “Wherever you are in the world, when you sip your cup of tea in the morning, it’s most likely from the lush tea gardens of Assam.”
