New Delhi, September 30 (Language) Aluminium prices on Monday rose by 0.84 per cent to Rs 239.50 per kg in futures trading as speculators created fresh positions amid positive sentiment in the spot market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for October delivery rose by Rs 2, or 0.84 per cent, to Rs 239.50 per kg in a business turnover of 3,328 lots.
Analysts said fresh buying by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
