AMC has been honoured as the best performing college in medical research

Assam Medical College (AMC) has been recognized for the second year in a row as India’s top-performing medical research college. The distinguished honor was given out during the Medical College Research-Connect, which took place in New Delhi’s Bharat Mandapam. The National Medical Commission Chairman, Dr. BN Gangadhar, Dr. Rajiv Bahl, Secretary, DHR & DG, ICMR, Dr. VM Katoch, and Prof. (Dr.) VK Paul, Member (Health), NITI Aayog, presented the award. Assam Medical College’s principal, Prof. Sanjeeb Kakati, and vice-principal, Prof. Reema Nath, accepted the honor on the college’s behalf.
