The creation of committees in every government department to examine employee service and guarantee a skilled and productive staff was announced by Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma. On November 8, at a convention of the Mizoram Secretariat Service Association, CM Lalduhoma made this declaration. “All departments now have service review committees,” he stated. To make sure the state has competent and effective workers, we will identify those who are unable to carry out their responsibilities and those who are unfit to continue.” Furthermore, Lalduhoma claimed that if government employees provided better services, the state’s quality would quickly increase. The chief minister of Mizoram has previously stated that the government will take action to fire workers who were deemed unfit to continue.
