Mahindra XUV 3XO First In Its Segment

Mahindra has equipped the XUV 3XO and XUV 3XO REVX models with Dolby Atmos audio technology, enhancing the overall in-car sound experience and giving the SUV a competitive advantage in its segment. This advanced audio feature makes its debut in the newly launched XUV 3XO REVX A, making it the first SUV globally under ₹12 lakh (ex-showroom) to offer Dolby Atmos. However, the feature is limited to select variants—REVX A, AX5L, AX7, and AX7L.

This isn’t Mahindra’s first use of Dolby Atmos in its SUVs. The brand recently introduced the same immersive sound technology in the Thar Roxx, featuring a 4-channel Dolby Atmos system paired with a 9-speaker Harman Kardon setup. This premium audio option, however, is exclusive to the Thar Roxx’s top-end AX7L variant.

Dolby Atmos, originally designed for cinema experiences, has expanded into home entertainment, gaming, mobile devices, and now vehicles. Mahindra’s inclusion of this cutting-edge sound technology across its range—including the BE6 and XEV 9e born-electric SUVs—reflects its commitment to innovation and delivering a high-end user experience in every segment.
