Nutritionist Palak Nagpal is promoting a homemade snack bar recipe on social media, encouraging people to avoid processed options like chocolates and snack bars. By making their own bars, they gain control over the quality and quantity of ingredients, making them a healthier, more personalized snack option. This approach is gaining popularity on social media. In addition to being more affordable, homemade crackers allow you to modify the ingredients to suit any dietary requirements or restrictions. Half a cup almonds, half a cup cashews, half a cup roasted peanuts, half a cup walnuts, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup melon seeds, 1/4 cup black raisins, and 1/4 cup honey which serves as a natural binder and sweetener are needed to construct a healthy snack bar.
Depending on your preferences, you can also add chocolate chips. You must first combine all of the dry ingredients, including chocolate chips, almonds, seeds, and raisins, in a big basin. To bind the ingredients together, pour the honey over the mixture after it has warmed up a little. The mixture must then be evenly spread out onto a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes, or until just brown, at 160 degrees Celsius. Let cool completely before slicing into squares or bars. These bars can be kept in an airtight container and consumed over a few days after they have cooled.
