Manik Saha, Chief Minister of Tripura, paid a courtesy visit to Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, at his official residence in New Delhi on Tuesday, with discussions focusing on youth development and sports infrastructure in the state.
According to sources, the meeting centered on strengthening initiatives aimed at empowering young people in Tripura through skill development programs, sports promotion, and capacity-building efforts. The chief minister highlighted the state government’s ongoing measures to create greater opportunities for youth engagement and growth.
During the interaction, emphasis was placed on enhancing grassroots-level sports facilities, upgrading existing stadiums, and developing modern infrastructure to nurture emerging sporting talent.
