Global Health Limited (Medanta) has announced its financial results for FY2025, reporting a 12.6% year-on-year increase in consolidated total income to INR 37,714 million. The healthcare provider’s growth was primarily driven by higher patient volumes across its facilities in North and East India.
EBITDA grew by 9.4% to INR 9,562 million, with margins at 25.4%. Profit After Tax stood at INR 4,813 million, with adjusted PAT (excluding a one-time expense of INR 499 million related to merger costs) reaching INR 5,186 million, representing an 8.5% growth. The company added 219 new beds across its hospitals, increasing capacity by 7.8%. Patient metrics showed strong performance with in-patient count up 11.7% and out-patient count rising 9.5%.
“FY2025 was a landmark year as we celebrated 15 years of our flagship facility in Gurugram,” said Mr. Pankaj Sahni, Group CEO. He highlighted the upcoming 550-bed facility in Noida scheduled to open in Q2 FY2026 and announced new greenfield projects in Mumbai, Pitampura, and Guwahati. The board has recommended a final dividend of INR 0.50 per share. Medanta Gurugram maintained its position as India’s Best Private Hospital in Newsweek’s rankings for the sixth consecutive year.
