Mizoram: A motorcycle driver narrowly avoids falling rocks during a landslide

In Mizoram, a guy on a motorcycle had a tight escape as rocks fell off the slope while he was going by.

Around 2:00 PM yesterday, the bike accident occures in the event took place in Aizawl’s Ngaizel neighborhood. The rider was traveling on a path that was vulnerable to landslides when the tragedy happened. Luckily, the rider avoided the falling pebbles and made a safe getaway.

Four busses’ windows are said to have been damaged by the flying boulders; the location is located near a bus terminal.

In places like these, the recent rainfall has raised the possibility of landslides. The potential for large-scale land and soil collapses aside, the potential for pebbles to fall from slick slopes is still a significant hazard to onlookers and commuters.
