The Mizoram Government has informed that a trial run of the Mizoram House Online Reservation Portal commenced on Monday and will continue till April 2.
During the trial period, all reservations for accommodation at various Mizoram Houses shall be made exclusively through the online portal (mizoramhouse.mizoram.gov.in). Members of the public visiting GAD Office for manual booking and Mizoram Houses without prior booking will be requested to complete their reservation through the website, an official statement said.
This initiative is being undertaken to streamline the booking process, enhance transparency, and improve overall service delivery. The official launch of the Mizoram House Online Reservation Portal is proposed on April 2, subject to successful completion of the trial run.
The public is requested to cooperate and make use of the online reservation facility during the trial period, and further updates, if any, will be notified in due course, the statement added.
