A key part of TKM’s vision is to increase the representation of women in its workforce to 30% by 2030. The company’s recent achievements include the induction of 160 new female employees and the elevation of 55 women supervisors, bringing the total number of women at TKM to over 450. This progress is supported by cutting-edge initiatives like the Gender Diversity Standard Operating Procedure Manual and advanced training programs that address unconscious bias and enhance workforce diversity.
